Willows meets the Covid government guidelines. All classes will be 45 minutes long. Each participant will have their own zone and equipment.

The fusion of dance and pilates will lengthen and strengthen your body.

Virtual Dance

Tiem to get your groove on and dance your way into a fitter you.

Virtual Pilates

This floor based pilates class focuses on strengthening the core and stabilizing the pelvis and spine.

Virtual Fight

Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee in this aerobic, non contact fight class.

Virtual Aerobics

There's no school like the old school and this traditional style aerobics class will get your heart pumping.
