Willows meets the Covid government guidelines. All classes will be 45 minutes long. Each participant will have their own zone and equipment.

Yin
Yin brings you movement designed to release tension of the body, rather than a muscular stretch. Postures are held longer (typically up to 5 minutes) and helps increase circulation and improve flexibility.
Flow
Designed to create more heat to strengthen and tone, flow brings together a variety of styles to connect movement, breathe and mindfulness.
Yogalates
A hybrid of yoga and pilates focusing on deep abdominal engagement and correct postural alignment. A great support class for your strength / cardio classes as well as your yoga practice.
Power
A class designed to challenge your yoga abilities. Teachers will help find your best options for each posture regardless of experience level.
Vin-Yin
A blend of strong "yang" vinyasa flow with quiet, cooling, relaxing and restorative "yin" aspects. Great for tension release and muscle rehabilitation.
Mindful Yoga
Our Mindful Yoga class is based on Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on mindful awareness, to help us connect with our mind and body. We use ou asana (physical postures) pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness to tap into the wisdom of our body and mind, working with our individual body to create our best practice. This is a kind and gentle practice.
