YinYin brings you movement designed to release tension of the body, rather than a muscular stretch. Postures are held longer (typically up to 5 minutes) and helps increase circulation and improve flexibility.
FlowDesigned to create more heat to strengthen and tone, flow brings together a variety of styles to connect movement, breathe and mindfulness.
YogalatesA hybrid of yoga and pilates focusing on deep abdominal engagement and correct postural alignment. A great support class for your strength / cardio classes as well as your yoga practice.
PowerA class designed to challenge your yoga abilities. Teachers will help find your best options for each posture regardless of experience level.
Vin-YinA blend of strong "yang" vinyasa flow with quiet, cooling, relaxing and restorative "yin" aspects. Great for tension release and muscle rehabilitation.
