How it works

Not your typical sauna.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you, which then heats your body. Infrared saunas work differently — they use light to heat your body directly, penetrating deep into muscle tissue rather than just warming the surface.

The result is a more effective recovery experience at a more comfortable temperature. You sweat more, recover faster, and step out feeling genuinely restored.

At Willows

Infrared sauna

Heats your body directly

Light penetrates deep into muscle tissue, warming from the inside out at a comfortable ambient temperature.

Traditional sauna

Heats the air around you

Air temperature climbs very high to indirectly heat your body — can feel intense and uncomfortable.

Why it works

Two powerful recovery tools. One dedicated space.

The Willows sauna combines infrared heat technology with Himalayan pink salt walls — two proven recovery methods working together.

Himalayan pink salt walls

When heated, the Himalayan pink salt lining the sauna walls undergoes an ionisation process that naturally purifies the air. This salt therapy environment — known as halotherapy — has been shown to reduce stress, ease skin irritations, support respiratory health, and boost energy levels.

Muscle recovery

Infrared heat penetrates deep into muscle tissue, reducing soreness, easing tension, and speeding up recovery between training sessions.

🧘

Stress and cortisol reduction

A dedicated, distraction-free environment combined with heat therapy helps lower cortisol levels and calm the nervous system.

Improved circulation

Infrared heat gently raises your core temperature, increasing blood flow and supporting your body's natural recovery and detoxification processes.
