Willows meets the Covid government guidelines. All classes will be 45 minutes long. Each participant will have their own zone and equipment.

Small group class descriptions

Come and move heavy things! Get stronger, build lean muscle, increase bone density and boost your metabolism.

The goal is to work as hard as possible to improve fitness, change your body and stimulate your metabolism and increase energy levels.

An endurance-based session to get your heart pumping. This session utilises interval training to boost your fitness level.

Just like strength the goal is to move heavy things! This session is a little more moderate with a focus on gettting stronger, build lean muscle and increase bone density.

This session combines moderate cardio and strength training elements to give you a great full-body workout.

Designed to strengthen and tone, flow brings together a variety of styles to connect movement, breath, and mindfulness.

A blend of strong “yang” vinyasa flow with quiet, cooling, relaxing, and restorative “yin” aspects. Great for tension release.

Yin brings movement designed to release tension in the connective tissue. Postures are held for longer to increase circulation and improve flexibility.

Lengthen muscles and release connective tissue. This session includes a variety of recovery techniques including stretch, foam rolling, and trigger point release.
