Intensity
Work as hard as possible to improve fitness, change body composition, stimulate your metabolism, and increase your energy levels.
Strength
Come and move heavy things. Get stronger, build lean muscle, increase bone density, and boost your metabolism.
Fitness
An endurance-based session to get your heart pumping, using interval training to lift your overall fitness level.
Recovery
Lengthen muscles with a variety of recovery techniques including stretch, foam rolling, and trigger point release.
Gym Floor PT
A guided gym experience for those recovering from injury, new to exercise, or needing a lower-intensity option. Work through a personalised programme in a small, supervised setting.
