Yoga and Pilates at Willows are not about being flexible or knowing the moves already. They are about helping you feel more connected to your body, improving movement quality, and creating space to reset.

Class styles at Willows

We offer a range of Yoga and Pilates styles so you can choose what your body needs on the day. If you are unsure, start with Gentle Hatha, Slow Flow, or Yin, and build from there.

Vinyasa

A flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. Expect a steady pace, energising sequences, and a full-body reset.

Slow Flow

A slower, more mindful flow that still builds strength. You will move through poses with more time to settle, breathe, and refine.

Yogalates

A refreshing blend of yoga and Pilates. Combines core strength and stability with the posture, mobility, and breathing benefits of yoga.

Yin / Restorative Yin

A gentle, slower class that targets deep release and flexibility. Poses are held for longer to help calm the nervous system and ease tension.

Restorative Yoga Nidra

A deeply restful practice combining supported postures with guided Yoga Nidra. Ideal for stress reduction, recovery, and quality rest.

Pilates

A strength and stability-focused class using controlled movement. Builds core strength, improves posture, and supports better movement patterns.

Gentle Hatha

A supportive, beginner-friendly class blending gentle postures and breathwork. A great place to start if you want calm guidance and steady progress.

Please let your instructor know if you are new or would like options for comfort. You are always welcome to move at your own pace.
