What is SGPT

Personal training results, without the personal training price tag.

Small Group Personal Training is a coached workout environment with a maximum of 20 members per session. Every session is led by an experienced Willows coach who knows your name, understands your goals, and keeps your training on track.

It is not a group fitness class where you blend into the crowd. Your coach is there to guide you, correct your form, and push you in the right direction — every time you show up.

Recovery programming

Recovery is built into SGPT. Not added on.

SGPT includes a dedicated Recovery session style covering mobility, restoration, and movement quality. But recovery at Willows goes further than the gym floor — your membership includes full access to the Infrared Himalayan Salt Sauna, one of the most effective recovery tools available.

Your personalised programme can also be recovery-focused if that is what your body needs right now. This is whole-person training — not just how hard you push, but how well you recover.

$59 joining fee debited on the day of sign-up, along with your first week's payment
Cancel anytime with 14 days written notice
Membership can be paused for up to 6 weeks per year (minimum 2 weeks) at a reduced rate of $5 per week

Group fitness classes are open to all members and run to a set format. SGPT sessions have a maximum of 20 members and are led by a dedicated coach who knows your name, tracks your progress, and gives you individual attention during every session. It is a much more personal environment.
Sessions are capped at a maximum of 20 members. This keeps the environment social and energetic while ensuring your coach can give you real, meaningful attention throughout the session.
Yes. Our coaches are experienced at adapting and personalising exercise choices within each session to suit your needs. If you have an injury, a health condition, or anything else we should be aware of, just let us know before your first session and your coach will work with you — not around you.
Not at all. Our SGPT coaches are experienced at working with all ability levels, from complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers. Before your first session you will receive a personalised programme so you know exactly what to expect.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move freely in. Bring a towel and a water bottle and we will take care of the rest.

Yes. The Infrared Himalayan Salt Sauna is fully included in your SGPT membership — it is not an add-on. Fitness Club members can access the sauna as a paid add-on, but for SGPT members it comes standard as part of your recovery toolkit.
Yes. The Willows Creche Club is included in your SGPT membership for up to 2 children, so you can train without having to arrange separate childcare.
Yes. BodyMapp 3D body composition scanning is included in your SGPT membership at no extra cost. Your coach can use your scan data to inform and adjust your programme over time.
Yes. You can pause your membership for up to 6 weeks per year, with a minimum hold period of 2 weeks. A reduced rate of $5 per week applies during any hold period.
No. SGPT is an ongoing, no lock-in membership. You can cancel at any time with 14 days written notice.
