Terms
This is a $25.50 per week no lock-in contract with Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre.
As part of this promotional offer, you will receive 50% off your membership for the first 12 weeks, reducing your weekly payment to $12.75 per week for the first 12 weeks. After this period, your membership will continue at the standard rate of $25.50 per week until cancelled.
A $59 joining fee and your first $12.75 payment will be debited on the day of signup.
Membership can be put on hold for up to 6 weeks per year (minimum 2 weeks) at the reduced rate of $5 per week.
*There is no suspension time allowed during the first 12 weeks of membership.
Conditions
This membership offer is available to new members only and cannot be applied to existing memberships.
You are committing to weekly payments of $12.75 per week for the first 12 weeks, followed by $25.50 per week ongoing.
This is an ongoing agreement with no minimum term.
Cancel any time with 14 days' written notice.
A payment dishonour fee of $8.90 will be charged for each dishonoured payment.
ActivRewards access: Included while your Willows membership is active. Access ends when your membership is cancelled. Some offers are supplied by third parties and have their own terms and redemption steps. Brands and offers may change without notice.
